In the design process we took special care about the A800R front bulkhead design and the importance of \"flex\" in this area. Our Front Body Support is designed to have the least flex influence possible! \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e Installation info’s: \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e #1: Choose either the 6mm or 8mm M4 grub screw, depending on the height of your bodyshell.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e #2: Screw the M4 grub screw in the top hole of the Front Body Support. As there is no thread pre-cutted, you will need a bit more power for the first installation! The screw will cut the thread itself into the Nylon material. We recommend doing this before you install the Front Body Support into your car! \u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e #3: Remove the two screws which connect the bumper plate of your A800R to the bulkheads and install the Front Body Support there. We recommend to use SB3X8 or SB3X10 screws here (not included in MAX-09-013) instead of the kit 6mm long SB3x6 screws.\u003cbr data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003e #4: Set the Front Body Support to the correct height! The grub screw should touch the hood without additional free play when the bodyshell itself is resting on the front bodypost clips\/orings.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp data-mce-fragment=\"1\"\u003eSidenote: Don't forget, this product is made by a 3D printer.
